Done For You creative strategy for ecommerce brands

Your editors are fine. Nobody is telling them what to make.

Every month I research your customers, choose 20 ad ideas worth testing and write them as briefs your team can film and design from. Then I stay with your team while they make them.

20

ad concepts a month, each with 5 variations

100

ads’ worth of briefs, copy included

The gap

You already have people who can make ads

An editor. A designer. A few creators. Maybe a freelancer who is quick and good.

What they can’t tell you is what the next ad should say. That isn’t their job. An editor edits. A designer designs.

So the question comes back to you. The account needs new ads, somebody asks what to make, and the easy answer is five more like last month’s best one.

That works for a while. Then the best one tires, the copies tire faster, and nobody can say why it worked in the first place. So nobody knows what should replace it.

Your makers aren’t the problem. The missing piece comes before the making: who the ad is for, what it says, and why that should work.

Why ideas

Making more ads isn’t the hard part. Having more ideas is.

Most ads don’t win. For its 2026 benchmark, Motion studied 578,750 ads from 6,015 ad accounts. About 1 in 20 became a winner.

Nobody can tell you in advance which one it will be. I can’t either. The ones who say they know for sure are lying.

What you can decide is how many different ideas get a chance. A hundred versions of one idea tell you about one idea. A hundred ads built on twenty ideas tell you about twenty.

Source: Motion, Creative Benchmarks 2026. Motion counts an ad as a winner when it spent at least ten times the account’s median and at least $500. This is Motion’s figure across its own customers, not a forecast for your account.

How it works

One month, start to finish

1

I research.

What your customers say in reviews, forums and comments, in their own words. What your competitors run. What your own results show.

2

I choose 20 concepts.

Six video, fourteen static. You see the list and why each one is on it before I write a brief.

3

I write the briefs.

Each concept comes with the copy, the visual direction and five variations. Your team can make it without ringing you.

4

Your team makes them. I stay.

A weekly call, notes on every draft, and a results review that becomes next month’s plan.

Work

A few ads

While producing ads is not normally something I do, here are a few that I made myself.

Who does the work

One person. The one writing this.

I’m Jente Nuitten. Westmarch Creative is me, in Izegem, Belgium.

The person you talk to before you buy is the person who researches your customers, writes your briefs and joins your weekly call. Nobody hands your account to a junior after the sale, because there is no junior.

Before this I taught English to 16 to 18 year olds for six years. Getting a room full of teenagers to listen is decent practice for getting a stranger to stop scrolling.

Fit

Is this for you?

For you if

  • You sell online and advertise on Meta.
  • You have people who can make video and static ads: in-house, freelance or creators.
  • You’re the one deciding what gets made, and you’d rather not be.

Not for you if

  • Nobody can make the ads yet. You need production first.
  • You need a guaranteed return.
  • You want the most ads for the least money. An AI ad tool will do that. This is a different job.
