Done For You
Know what to make next. Every month.
I do the research, the thinking and the writing. Your team does the making. I stay with them while they make it.
$5,000 a month, excl. VAT. Stop any month.
What Done With You means
Each month runs the same way:
- I research. What your customers say in reviews, forums and comments, in their own words. What your competitors run. What your own results show.
- I choose 20 concepts and tell you why each one is on the list.
- I write each concept as a brief, with five variations.
- Your team makes the ads. I read their drafts and send notes.
- We look at the results together, and next month’s plan is built on them.
You always know what to make next, and why.

The brief
What’s in a brief
A brief is only worth paying for if a maker can work from it without ringing you.
A video brief
- The idea in one line, and who it’s for
- The full script, line by line, with visual direction where the line needs it
- Three different hooks
- What must not change: claims, wording, anything the rules check flagged
- Five variations, with exactly what changes in each
- The Meta copy and the ad ID
A static brief
- Headline, subheadline, supporting lines and button text
- Direction for layout, imagery, colour and type
- Five variations, with exactly what changes in each
- The Meta copy and the ad ID
Want to read one? Ask on the contact form and I’ll send you a full brief.
The first three months
Planned as three months. You can stop any month.
I plan it as three months because that’s how long the process takes to run once. You’re not tied to it.
Month 1. Test widely.
Research, grid and plan first, then your first briefs within 14 days of the kickoff call. Half the concepts are new ideas from the research. The other half build on your best ads so far. If you have no ad history, all twenty are new.
Month 2. Read the results.
The first ads have spent. From here, the concepts that build on earlier ads are built on what your customers responded to, not on a guess.
Month 3. Build on what worked.
By now there’s enough to see patterns: which ideas, which styles, which hooks. The plan leans into them and keeps testing new ones.
After that, every month keeps the same mix: about half new concepts, about a third combinations of what worked, and about a fifth new versions of your best ads.
If you stop, everything I’ve delivered stays yours: the research, the grid, the plan and the briefs.
What I need from you
| When | What |
|---|---|
| In the first week | One kickoff call of about 60 minutes. Your reviews, your past ad results (view access or an export) and your brand assets |
| Every week | One call of 30 minutes |
| Every month | A yes, or your changes, on next month’s plan. The results of the ads that ran |
| All the time | Somebody on your side who gets the ads made |
I set the delivery dates at the start of each month. You shouldn’t have to chase me.
Price
$5,000 a month
That’s $250 a concept, or $50 for each ad the briefs give you. The calls and the feedback on drafts are included.

The terms, all of them
| Term | In plain words |
|---|---|
| Price | $5,000 a month, excl. VAT, billed monthly in advance |
| Length | Planned as three months. No minimum. Stop any month by telling me before your next billing date |
| If you stop | Everything I’ve delivered stays yours |
| Delivery | You get a date for every delivery at the start of each month |

Why I don’t guarantee results
I don’t control your product, your price, your website, your production or your ad account. Anyone who promises a result without controlling those is guessing with your money. What I control is the work and the dates.
Questions
Do you guarantee results?
No. I’m responsible for the briefs, the calls and the dates. The reason is under the terms above.
Am I tied in?
No. It’s planned as three months and you can stop any month.
Why three months if I can leave after one?
Month one tests, month two reads the results, month three builds on them. One month gives you good briefs. Three gives you a process that learns.
How much of my time does it take?
A kickoff call of about 60 minutes, a weekly call of 30 minutes and a monthly yes on the plan.
Do you make the ads?
No. Your team or your creators make them. I write the briefs and give notes on the drafts.
My makers have ignored briefs before. What’s different?
Three things. The brief gives a direction wherever a line needs one, so there’s less to interpret. Your makers are on the weekly call and can ask. And I read their drafts before anything goes live.
We can’t make 100 ads a month. Is that a problem?
No. Make the first version of each concept first, so all twenty ideas get tested. Add the variations as your team has room.
Do you run the ad account?
No. Your media buyer or agency does. Every ad carries an ID, so their numbers can be traced back to the brief.
Could an AI tool not do this?
A tool will write you a script in a minute. Choosing which of your customers’ complaints deserves an ad, and telling your editor the opening is too slow, is still a person’s job. I use AI tools for gathering research and for first drafts. The choosing and the checking I do myself.
Could we do this ourselves?
Yes. Nothing here is secret. It’s a real job though, not something to add to your media buyer’s week. If someone on your team has the time for the research, twenty concepts and the briefs every month, you may not need me.
Will Meta approve every ad?
Nobody can promise that. I check every brief against Meta’s advertising rules before you see it, and I mark any line your makers must not change.
Do you work in Dutch?
Yes. English and Dutch.
